- Minimum three (3) years of coding and chart auditing management experience within a healthcare system required
- Demonstrated experience managing coding denials, audits, compliance initiatives, and documentation improvement efforts required
- Experience utilizing electronic health records (EHR), practice management systems, claim scrubbers, and coding edits required
